It says it in the text, basically says you need 3 allies with the same name to gain it. The easiest way around this would be Gree from (CW) because he makes allies have the same name for the purpose of an ability with squad, such as squad assult,squad cover etc. but as mandelmauler stated & as the text say, 3 allies are needed & the character with it doesnt count as 1 of the 3
