I am working on a custom mini for Commander Bly using the 501st Clone Commander from Darktimes (will post a pic when its done), as well as coming up with some stats.
Update: Thanks to some suggestions from below, here is what I have come up with so far:
Commander Bly: 29
Hitpoints: 50
Defense: 15
Attack: 10
Damage: 20
Special Abilities
Unique
Order 66 (May be in a squad with Emperor Palpatine, Sith Lord regardless of faction)
Trooper (Counts as a character named Star Corps Trooper)
Advantageous Cover (This character gets +8 defense in cover instead of +4)
Quick Reactions (+6 attack when making attacks of opportunity)
Stable Footing (Not slowed by difficult terrain or low objects)
Rapport (A character whose name contains Star Corps costs 1 less when in a squad with this character)
Synergy (+4 attack when the stated character whose name contains Aayla Secura is within 6 squares)
Twin Attack
Commander Effect
Star Corps Troopers within 6 squares gain Squad Assault (+4 attack when 3 allies with the same name as this character are within 6 squares) and Synchronized Fire (Characters who combine fire with this character grant +6 attack instead of +4)
Do you think the cost is about right?

Stat-wise it's very similar to a Bly I made up after the release of the Clone Wars set.
Clone Commander Bly
HP: 50
Def: 16
Atk: +10
Dmg: 20
Unique, Order 66,
Star Corp Trooper,
Adventagous Cover,
Quick Reactions,
Stable Footing,
Twin Attack
Commander Effect
Followers with Order 66 are counted as being within 6 squares of each
other for the purposes of special abilities whose name contains Squad.
I like the use of Rapport and Synergy on yours. Seems pretty well balanced, except the way you have Rapport worded, he'll lower his own cost.

I like your Bly Wampafang, but I think you should add adventegous cover and quick reactions. Also synchronized fire for other star corps would be an excellent addition.

I have made some adjustments based on the suggestions I have recieved thus far. I have also polished the text a bit.
What do you think? Is the cost appropriate?
@ARCTrooper-A79, your Skirata, Jusik, Vau customs rock! I have a Vau that looks similar sans the gun and the helmet, but yours is superior.

I'd still raise the cost by about 3 or 4, he's good otherwise.
