Tbh, all 3 could use some help. You have the pieces to make a very strong NR, you just have to piece them together correctly. I would start with strong damage output first (Mara), then a support shooter (Dash/Han), and a movement breaker (Ganner). From there, focus on maximizing the value of the points. I would also avoid CE's if possible as Disruptive is way too easy to run into nowadays.

I agree. The squads don't match up the pieces with their natural synergies, but of your options I like #1 the best.
You have Han, Kol, Mara, Ganner, Zuckuss, Dash, and Kyp - plus 2 Spirits. If you have both Ganner and Mara, they're probably the best combo NR has right now. They both have stealth, which makes Wedge optional (but still nice if you can fit him in). Kol really should have Wedge's help, though, so I would include either Han or Dash instead of Kol. They both have Evade so you still don't need Wedge. You might even fit both Han and Dash in.
