It really should be Immediate Yuuzhan Vong Reserves. Minor quibble on the naming of abilities.

For Shai, I would up his attack 2 or 3, and 10-20 more HPs since he doesn't have any Crab Armor.

Don't remember why Jacen shouldn't be Melee.

Jacen after he took the blame for Anakin's death pulled away from the Jedi and the force entirely. He spent more time around his father and really didn't use his lightsaber much during that time. Also, the piece can be referencing the time that he spent with Vergere initially when he is cut off from the force.

A lot of your cheap Vong are a bit overcosted based on what the Vong currently have. The Master Shaper is very undercosted. Way too good stats for what it grants. At the cost, it has to be a LOT more fragile. +20 base damage it almost too good for the Vong.

Did you want Yuuzhan Vong Collabarator on the Peace Brigade Commander and Enforcer? For the Commander you can drop 2-3 points off of him, even if you add Collabarator. For the Recruit, up the defense 4-5, and drop the cost to 5, he is fine. I am confused on Droma's CE. Is he granting a Relay Orders like SA?

Couple things:

- Most common typo in these kinds of things (everybody does it): "Rouge" for Rogue... unless the Rouge squadron guys are from San Fran or something...Flapper

- I believe there already is an SA called "Sabotage"

- For Droma, no need to reinvent the wheel: Allied Ryn followers gain Relay Orders. BAM!

- don't need the "+10" in "Cunning Attack +10" as that is the default value.

- A lot of your CE's don't state "Allied", and I think that is your intent, may want to add that to some CE's to avoid confusion.

- Pellaeon is a beast.

*PS- Why would anyone ever use a Regent Stormtrooper over a regular Stormtrooper?

*PSS- Tesar seems overcosted by 6-8 points. Same with Corran, and does he need Melee Reach 3? As opposed to Melee Reach 2?

Looks very nice. ThumpUp Here are some minor critiques.

1. Shimrra: Def is too high with 200 HP and VCA6, but very fitting CE.
2. Shedao: Merciless is a nice touch
3. Vergere: A tough nut to crack, but looks good. Force Withdrawal is interesting.
4. Droma/Ryn: Fantastic!
5. NR Senator: Needs something to stand out from Caamasi.
6. YVH Droid: No armor?
7. Lowbacca: Nothing earth-shattering but looks solid other than super-low HP for a wookie
8. Scientists: Cool in concept, useless in all games that do not include opposing YV. Perhaps reword it so that it allows for choosing a species within LOS?
9. Corran Horn: Should be MR2, not 3 and drop cost a bit
10. Pellaeon: Looks good. Isn't that Garm's CE?
11. Tesar: Drop cost a bit.

Corran Horn shouldn't have force push, that's for sure. Maybe give him illusion or something since his talents tend more in that direction as well as Melee Reach 2 instead of MR3.

Here's my take on the set:

Jag- You might want to make the CE affect Pilots in general, not just the characters with it in their names. There aren't a lot of those cases in Imperials, but it's still an idea.

Regent Stormtrooper: Overcosted. At -2 Defense from a regular stormie, no one would use him instead of said stormie. Squad Assault or -1 cost could help, but he wouldn't be on the top of anyone's 5-point filler piece list over the stormie.

Chiss Imperial Officer: CE is a bit too powerful with Admiral Piett and Thrawn (Mitth'raw'nuruodo) in the game. Thrawn gives allies Opportunist, so anyone subject to both effects are getting Opportunist +20, in effect. I suggest changing the CE to Advantageous or raising cost by around 8 points.

New Republic Pilot- Looks very alike to the rebel pilot. needs something to make him different. also, he doesn't need Pilot, 'cuz it's in his name.

Senator: You could drop the cost 3-5 points; if he gets too close to someone for Disruptive, someone can get out of sight of anyone but him and blast him out, so he's a bit fragile for the cost that he's got.

Tesar- cost looks a few points too little; bring it up by 4-5 points, and it'll be good.

Seba- cost is too low by around 9-13 points. Also, you spelled Precision wrong.

Lowbacca- HP pretty low. Unique Wookiees generally have high HP, and so do Jedi; you gave him a rather low HP for the combo of a Unique Wookiee Jedi.

NR Scientist- Alpha Red is pretty cool, but useless if you aren't fighting Vong. Should affect living characters in general.

PB commander- Good CE, but I kinda expected (from the name, just initial conclusions) that he'd help the Thugs and their 10 Defense, but the CE is pretty good. Also, he's a bit overcosted, but you could have him give out Squad Cover and Assault, and keep the cost the same. Is he supposed to have Vong Collaborator?

PB Enforcer- Vong Collaborator?

Droma- CE could be worded less confusing-ly (Confused is that a word?) if it simply said Ryn allies gain Relay Orders.

Chiss Scientist- Alpha Red- same as NR Scientist. also, Enhanced Blaster is great. ThumpUp

Jacen- Affinity isn't what I'd call it. Aversion would sound more accurate.

Shimrra- Immediate Yuuzhan Vong Reinforcements- should technically be Immediate Yuuzhan Vong Reserves 20. Also, for most of the Immediate Reserves abilities, you can roll a 5, 10, 15, or 20.

Sheedao- I can't exactly bring to mind what Merciless does, but putting it on a Vong seems... unpleasantly dangerous. With Vong subject to the PVong Priest giving them Scarification, and the Shaper giving them +10, the Advance Agent Officer giving Cunning, getting Poison+10 from Yomin, Momentum from Tsavong, and the Subaltern giving Double, that's a lot of hurt. Defense/Attack booster CE would be better suited to the faction.

Vong Commander- Same thing. Instead of Bloodthirsty, you could stay with the hatin-on-the-wounded by giving them +4 Attack against wounded enemies.

Vong Infiltrator- I HeartWubHeart Door Sabotage. that is possibly the best custom ability that I've seen in my Bloomilk history.

Vergere- an ability with the name Force Withdraw actually had me expecting the exact opposite of what it really is. It's still a cool ability.

Voxyn- Undercosted. For only 2 points more than the Vornskr, you get +20 Hit Points, -1 Defense, -2 Attack, +10 Damage, Savage, Ambush, +2 Speed, Double, and lose Stealth. I'd raise the cost by at least 4 points, at most 12 points. Admittedly, he's got less synergy than the Vornskr, but he's still considerably stronger.

Master Shaper- As I said with Sheedao, Vong don't need more damage boosters. Good concept, but the Vong can get too much damage from bonuses.

I made some of the changes that would fit.

Now in regards to the vong getting all the damage boosts: Look at the price of using any of my new commanders, plus a shaper (LOTF) and a preist. That minimally would add up to be over 90 points of the squad which leaves only room for a handful of damage dealing pieces.

I understand exactly what you're saying that the Vong don't need the damage boost. Here;s my reasoning for creating it that way. You can't use more than 3-4 of the CE/special abilities in a regular 200 point game. It just won't mean a balanced squad and you'd get torn apart.

I will try and do some play testing with them and see how viable it is in a few different formats before I finalize them. But for now I am leaving them the way they are.
