Hey, the Poison Blade states that it counts as a melee attack.... soooo, does this make the Ithorian Commander a synergy provider against adjacent enemies?

This is in the wrong forum but no because Poison Blade changes you to base 20 damage which means the Ithorian Commander can't help you.

However, as to your answer, I think I get the point, but isn't it supposed to be off the printed Damage (10)? I guess you have to be a lawyer to figure out the nuances of the rules. Thanks!

It's off the base damage, not the printed damage. Compare the wording to that of Qui-Gon, JT's CE.
Also, another reason it does not work is that the GenoHaradan Assassin, even though his attack is considered melee, he does not have the Melee Attack special ability, which is required for the Ithorian's CE.

I know that it doesnt have the melee attack special abillity, but wasnt it ruled before that the czerka doesnt affect it when using poisoned blade, even the base damage being changed to 20 would normally get jolt but i believe it doesnt because it is considerd to have the melee attack special abillity for that attack.

The Czerka never actually references the Melee Attack ability; it looks for non-melee attacks. Assassin makes a melee attack up close, so no Czerka. Ever.

Also, there is a recent thread about non melee lightsaber assault that talks about the Genoharadan rules, in case people have further questions.
