If my team consists of Mon Mothma, And Plo Koon JEdi MAster, along with Mas Amedda and Troopers, Would the Troopers receive 2 attacks at death, one at +10 Damage, or would that be considered stacking?

You are correct, they do stack to give 1 attack at +10 Damage and 1 regular attack.

Now a question simular on this topic.... Would the dying trooper making these attacks be able to bennefit from SA's such as opp, cunning, jedi hunter, etc... anything that would grant more stat bonus'?
& when the czerka grants the twin attack to the dying trooper via Mom's CE, does the twin attack from her CE get the bonus' or does this fall under the same situation as Princess Leia (A&E) / Han Scoundrel's situation, he gets the boost the first attack but not on the twin..

All normal bonuses still apply. That is why a lot of people use Yuleran to grant them Opportunist.
Twin Attack is allowed as normal, but with Mon Mothma's CE it falls under Princess Leia because the CE only states "1 immediate attack." So they'd get the +10 Damage on the first attack but not the 2nd.

It is not technically stacking, as they are two seperate effects that resolve simultaneously.

Thank You. Very Insightful. I can make a very powerful death squad. Last time I did this though, my opponent used Jar Jar, Some Gungan Shield Bearers, and CS Yoda with reroll and I death squaded my own Team.. I hate BOMBAD. LOL Thank You again!

Of course. They are still attacks, subject to all modifiers as normal.

On this same note, would the dying troopers who defeate and adjacent character be able to use rolling cleave from commander ahsoka. (I said yes when fighting my brother, but...)

Yes. You resolve all actions/reactions of the attack, which includes Rolling Cleave, before you remove your piece from the board.
