There were a few things I'd ever wondered about. Now that the game 'is over', there are several uniques I just wish they'd made. they'll make more sense than some of those already produced, such as...
IG-88a (R, Fringe) HP: 130 Defense: 20 Attack: +10 Damage:20 -Special Qualities- Unique Double Attack Downloaded consciousness (Your squad containing this character may have other unique characters whose names contain IG-88) Bounty Hunter +6 Flamethrower 20 Spurn the Flesh +20 (receives +4 attack and +20 damage against living targets) -Commander effect- Droids are subject to this commander effect. Droid Allies gain Spurn the Flesh +10 (receives +4 attack and +10 damage against living targets) Points: 62 Instigator of a droid uprising, IG-88's disdain for organics made bounty hunting easy
I've had other ideas, but they're rather difficult to put down when I'm so frazzled. More on those later

Here's another one to add to the list, now that my head's level enough about it...
Inquisitor Tremayne (R, Imperial) HP: 100 Defense: 21 Attack: +11 Damage: 20 -Special Qualities- Unique: Melee Attack Jedi Hunter Turn to the Dark Side (Replaces attacks: range 6; 20 damage to 1 target with a Force rating. The target can choose to negate this damage and instead make a save of 11; if the save fails, the target joins this character's squad until the end of the skirmish.) -Force Powers- Force 4 Lightsaber Block Lightsaber Deflect Force Sense Points: 38 Close to the Dark even as a Jedi, the Inquisitorius quickly took Tremayne in
... and while we're thinking about Imperials that needed to be made into minis (and those that I've conspicuously not seen among the customs posted)
Jerec (VR, Imperial) HP: 140 Defense: 21 Attack: +12 Damage: 20 -Special Abilities- Unique: Melee Attack: Double Attack Mobile Attack -Force Powers- Force 2; Force Renewal 1 Lightsaber Block Force Lightning 3 Force Push 2 Drain Knowledge (Force 6, replaces turn, range 6. Gains any one of the following Special Abilities from Target character with a Lightsaber Style special ability: Ataru Style, Djem So Style, Shii-Cho Style or Vaapad Style for the rest of the skirmish. This character can only benefit once from this ability per skirmish) -Commander Effect- Non-Unique Followers with a Force Rating gain +1 Force Points: 73 A Miraluka Jedi Archaeologist, Jerec required no temptation to join Palpatine's New Order
points are high on that one because, like Shatterpoint, Drain Knowledge can be powerful if you're lucky enough to be fighting one of those types of Jedi... one more imperial to round out my thoughts for the moment:
Desann (R, Imperial) HP: 70 Defense: 19 Attack: +7 Damage: 20 -Special Abilities- Unique: Melee Attack; Jedi Hunter Mighty Swing -Force Powers- Force 3 Sith Rage Force Grip 10 -Commander Effect- Allies whose names contain Reborn, or Dark Side Marauder gain Jedi Hunter and +1 Force Points: 39 Outcast from Skywalker's Praxeum, Desann joined the Empire to help create the Reborn
This one I wanted almost as much as Jerec, simply because I enjoyed Jedi Knight and its two successors so much... that, and the Sith shouldn't be the only source of good low-point uniques with moderate commander effects.
