No it does not. Targetting rules only affect enemies. And I do not remember LOS requirements in the glossary defination.

The text on the card just says a character within 6 squares i dont think you have to target.

Now scott on the same subject somewhere. It says a character within 6 squares can be lifted to an unoccupied space 6 squares away. Now which character do you count that as the character with levatation or the character being lifted, meaning like lets say i have ganner & mara jade jedi is 6 from Ganner. & i use levitate. When i leviate mara, so i count up to six squares away from where mara is, or do i count 6 squares away from ganner to where i can move her to?

6 squares from the Levitating character, so in that case, 6 from Ganner.

No, LOS is not required. Just remember how to count range.
And the language of Levitation is clear who is being referenced.

Only walls/doors prevent counting of range. This is covered in the rulebook.

I was wondering, on the Itchy and Scratchy CD-ROM, is there a way to get out of the dungeon without using the wizard's key?

Now I know I am up too late and need sleep. I shall read this in the morning and see if it makes sense then.
