that is a very good question. I Personally based on the research i have done with them think that both react. I know they are different abilities, so they do work together. The part i am not sure of is if they both "reflect" the damage back or only the first successful one does, Because the Second one would then only be reflecting 0 damage because it eflects the amount of damage prevented.
I would also like an official ruling on this one though.

They are different abilities, so you may benefit from both of them. So you have 2 chances to reflect the damage back. However, you can only send the damage back once, because once there is a successful save for either of those abilities, the damage is reduced to 0, and there is no effect when you either take or reflect 0 damage.
