True probably most competitive players would have mas or mouse droids but I don't have them. I have however run this squad several times and it is very effective. The 501st, until their are only three of them left, get 16 attack and 40 damage with accurate shot. Plus you still have a sith, you have swap, and door contrl, plus a chance of reserves. As well as a counter to stealth who also gets cunning/opportunist.
Comments are welcomed.

I really do like the 501st Legion Troopers. Just wish they weren't so fragile. Only comment I can make is find a way to get a hold of Mas or a couple of mouse droids. You would have to be very careful when facing Yobuck squads. You're troopers will be in close proximity of each other to get the Squad Assault & Squad Firepower (excellent targets for Galloping Attack). My suggestion for that is to try a modification to put Zuckuss in for the glue gun to keep Strafers and such from getting to your troopers.
Sincerely, Jester007

Agreed. In order for your Troopers to be any good they have to remain within 6 squares of each other and there commander effects. That many charcters being so close to each other makes them easy targets for gallop/strafe/missiles/or mobile attackers. Good damage potential but defense is a little weak.
