Hey guys, I need to know. How do you store minis when you take them somewhere? Solutions especially for GGDAC would be appreciated. ( He just took 98.5 damage if you know what I mean.)

My GGDAC leg came off his body but is still stuck to the base does anyone have any ideas on what would be the best way to fix him .

Plastic container designed for storing sewing supplies, from K-Mart. I forget the name of the company that made it but that's where all my Uniques and good non-Uniques go. The rest of my pieces go in a big plastic container.

i use several different types of tackle boxes. With GGDAC i still have his original plastic, so that helps alot, but you could try to fashion a foam or plastic casing for him.

Creepy. You are close, but wrong. There is also only a thin strand of one leg left before the body falls off.

PS. thanks for the suggestions guys. I'll probably try to get a new GGDAC fig and a tacklebox.

I store mine in these boxes...unfortunately it means I have to eat A LOT of chocolate.

You can fit a fair few figures in them. Yes, they can move around, but they won't get squashed. And if you have a whole squad in there, then the figures help keep each other still.

For the uniques of each faction (1 for each faction[put small factions together])

For Non-uniques of each faction (1 for each faction/3 for fringe/combine small)

I have a bunch of cases like those TheStarkiller posted. Many different sizes and compartment configurations. I love 'em.

I store all the uniques together in plastic ziploc bags and then place the bags into standard tupperware containers to minimize crushing. So far it has worked brilliantly. Also for the pieces I really care about (Grievous DAC and Grievous SoTJ) they originally came in plastic molds in the booster so I keep them in those molds once I'm done using them.

I just got 4 tackle boxes. It looks like they will work well.

PS: Grievous took another 1.5 damage, making him dead.

I'm with my brother (Wannabemexican) on this, Ferrero Rocher are great for small squads. You can fit 30 minis and stat cards in them easy, more if you pack them tight. They are just tall enough for GGDAC even:) I keep my uniques and special ones in those, which are in turn in a box. A large Amazon.co.uk box can fit 12 of them exactly :)

Additionally, I have several big tupperware boxes for my imperial, seppie and clone grunts. Also an extra one containing all my Gungans, Wookies, Jawas and Sand People.

It scares me how much space SWM takes up.

the following is an attempt at humor
Laugh I wear really big cargo pants to tournaments.I stuff my minis in my plethora o' pockets, one pocket for each faction. I keep my cards on a spindle so I don't lose them!] LOL LOL LOL

I use a Wizards squad box to carry about three or so squads. For storage, I use a Stanley tool/supply box from Home Despot ($25) like this one:

I use alot of the smaller Plano tackle boxes that TheStarkiller showed. I organize by set, which can be difficult, depending on the sets. RS and RotS barely fit, as Ive got so many Stormies, Rebel Troopers, Battle Droids, SBDs, and Clones from those sets :P

I'll have to post a picture of the the the whole collection, etc. It takes up the entire bottom of our guest bedroom closet, but at least I found a new use for the old toy box my dad made for me back when I was a kid, lol.
