question me + friend were wondering...can u use disspassionate killer beforehe activates (ex. Beginning of round?)...b/c this would affect his DK time and would also allow him to use another force point on his turn to reroll his possibly failed save...

Help is much appreciated! Thanks y'all =)

No, it is usable only on his turn.

Incorrect. It is only usable right before he makes an attack. So it can be used with Immediate Attacks or AoO's outside his own turn. The save would still happen at the end of whatever turn it was used. There is no "storing" of Force Powers in this game, a power can only be activated before it is actually used. This is covered in the FAQ.

So with Dispassionate Killer, would it prevent a character from taking advantage of a Czerka twin attack because it adds +20 or is it more like a TBSV that can still take advantage of it with Opportunist? And it would only be if he wasn't adjacent to the target because of Lightsaber I think.

It is like the TBSV he still gets the twin because DK doesnt modify his damage value, which for instance poison blade on a Geno specifically states it so the czerka cant help him in melee.

No, as neither Dispassionate Killer nor Lightsaber +10 change the base damage of the character. The abilities that do are covered specifically in the FAQ.

Question about DK: Let's assume that i have Czerka, Princess Leia and Dass Jenir. So princess grants immiediate attack on Dass. I was wondering wheater double/twin kicks in if he was to use DK then. I know that twin right away but will double too?

Dispassionate Killer works until the end of the turn it was used on. If he uses it on an immediate attack granted by Princess Leia, it would last until the end of Leia's turn.

You cannot use Double Attack in conjunction with an immediate attack CE as the CE only grants an attack, not a turn, which is needed to use Double Attack. Twin Attack still works, but if the immediate attack grants a bonus as well (Mon Mothma, Princess Leia), the bonus would only apply to the first attack, not the twin.

Ok i get it. But i don't understand how PL doesn't grant the bonus to the second of twin attack.

If a character has twin attack, they can make 2 attacks on an immediate attack CE, but if the CE states you get a bonus during the immediate attack, you only get it on the first attack.

Think of it like this. Princess Leia says I can make an immediate attack at +4 attack and +10 damage, and I have twin attack, so I can make 2 attacks, but Princess Leia says an immediate attack or one attack at +4 attack and +10 damage.

Or think of it like this. Twin attack says when you make an attack, you can make an immediate extra attack against the same target, and the CE states states you can make an immediate attack at +4 attack and +10 damage. the CE states you can make an immediate attack at +4 attack and +10 damage. Twin attack states you can make an immediate extra attack against the same target, so you could attack again, but since it states the CE just for one attack, you only get the bonus on one attack.

I hope this helped.

PL grants one attack with a bonus. Due to the attack, Twin activates to allow another attack. At that point, the attack granted by PL is completed, and this is a second attack is only allowed because of Twin Attack. PL bonus is granted only for one attack, not for PL's whole turn.
