there are 11 vaders (not counting dark side anakin). tell why you think so.
if you were running a 200 point squad, which vader would be your first choice?

It really depends on the squad you are building. A lot of the Vaders now have certain squads they are better in than the other. There is no "best", only "best for this squad".

I like Unleashed. He is cheap (50 points) has a great assortment of Force powers and can mix it up in melee quite well.
All Vaders are good, they have high Def and Att, some have commander effects that can boost a squad, some are melee beasts, some are all around beasts. Pick on that's best for whatever you are building (god knows we have enough to choose from.)

The Vader you use depends on what squad you are trying to run. I have had success with Lord Vader, based around swapping him in and doung massive damage, and Vader SA, where I used him to get Rex 501st in to use him as a heavy hitter as well. My Vader Unleashed squad didn't fare too well, he works well with a force battery due to his expensive powers. I have been trying to get hold of Vader scourge so I can try out the short swap build with him.

Like everyone else said, it depends on the style of squad you're building. Personally, I like the Legacy of the Force Vader, only because he was so hard for me to get.

Real hard to decide for me between Scourge and Unleashed. Depends on the squad but in the end, I like Unleashed!

Scourge because i play swap most of the time when i play with a vader scouge is the one you don't want to be based against. lightsaber throw 5 is good but rarely is worth the 5 force points because most peeps won't let it be effective.

Call me strange, but I actually like the RotS Darth Vader for his cost. He has good stats, sith rage, and a couple of handy force powers. His only real problem is a lack of defensive abilities.

Im not going to vote, cause it would be for my favority Vader, not which I think is best for 200pts, as I agree with the depends on the situation.
The ones I use most often, and are suited to situations most often would probably be Lord Vader, Scourge, and Unleashed.
Favorite is Scourge, btw.

With this level of points is recomended to use one or two commanders and a lot of followers to benefit from the CE, so my vote if for DV, Legacy of the Force, greettings.
