If you have droid reserves or reinforcements, can you bring in a cyborg, since it counts as a droid?

I was thinking about Cyborg today as well. My main questions were:

Can Lobot get +4 defense from GGDAC?
Can I use Droid Mark from Wat Tambor,TUF to give Grievous,SOTJ Draw Fire?
