does swap count as movement? For example, i have a twilek scout. He uses rangefinder next to luke HPU, and then K-3PO uses her CE to swap luke with princess leia. Now, does luke still benifit from rangefider until the end of the round? Or no?

He does benefit. Swap is not considered movement.
