You have 2 vactyl wranglers, IE thrawn, and a savage character. When does that character have to be within 6 squares of the wrangler? I know you have to be within 6 squares of him before the swap, but does he have to be within 6 squares after the swap?

The character may be swapped to a position where they regain savage. They only need to be susceptible to CEs when the CE takes place, not afterward.

So if you wanted to swap two savage characters with each other, they would both have to be within 6 of the wranglers?
