Just a quick clarification on any CE that relates to followers. From what I see in the glossary. A follower is described as.
A character in your squad who does not have a commander effect. Most commander effects apply only to followers.
Now my question is this. Any character in a squad who doesn't have a CE would benefit from any character that has a CE in the Squad? Is this correct?

No, the CE designates who is affected by it.

No, the CE designates who is affected by it. Ok, but if the CE state's follower in it's description then who would be considered a follower? A character from the same faction as the one with the CE?

A follower is any character on your squad without a CE.

Followers within 6 squares score critical hits on attack rolls of natural 19 or 20 and deal triple damage instead of double on a critical hit. Now an IG-86 Assassin Droid in a squad with Ventress, would benefit from her CE then correct?

No. While IG-86s are followers, their Droid ability prevents them from being affected by CEs unless otherwise noted.
