This is my first custom character. I'm really not sure about the cost; on the right roll it could produce a 70 point Vader.

Hit Points: 10
Defence: 7
Attack: 0
Damage: 0
Special Abilities:
Virgin Birth Reserve - on an initiative roll of 7, an "Anakin Skywalker" or "Darth Vader" may be added to your squad immediately, adjacent to Shmi. The usual restrictions on factions and unique characters apply. This ability is negated if any male character is adjacent to Shmi at the time the initiative roll is made.
Remorse - any enemy character who successfully attacks this defenseless slave woman is immediately defeated.

This made me laugh. Meaning I loved the VBR SA! However, if you limit her to Republic and the SA limits to factions, you'll never be able to take an Imperial Vader. Might think about making her Fringe, as she was never affiliated with the Republic in any way. Plus that allows you to use her in Republic or Imperial squads.
As for the Remorse, I like that the opponent can defeat her, at the cost of a character on their squad.
