if in each of your games you could add +4 to any ONE roll, do you think it could make the difference in the whole ame? What if your opponent cold do the same? IMO, every one of my games depends on one roll at least...what about your games?

In one of my games, it was GGDAC at 20 HP, and VAU at 30 HP. Basically, the winner of initiative would win the game, so both factions would have done a +4 to that initiative. (This was a playtest, and Imps won.)

It would have changed the game where my Darth Sidious, Sith Master was based by a nJensaarai Defender who was at 20 hps. I won initiative and needing to hit twice if his Force Armor, I hit the first attack and he of course fails the save, but then rerolls and makes it. Defender down to 10, I need 6s out of the next two attacks plus with MotF2 I can reroll the last twice if needed. I proceeded to roll a 4, 3, 3, 2! If I would have defeated the Defender I would have won the game. The real kicker is I could have used Lightning and defeated the Defender and Sid, but would have opened the way for another attack on Cade to win by points.

In regular games, not so much, but in Vassal games, I'd need a +4 to every roll to make the game even.

If I could add +4 to any one of my saves, it would probably make a good difference. There is always the smallest roll narrowly never makes it.

It depends. Do you have to annouce the +4 before making the roll, or can you add it in, after the fact? "Oh, I missed this shot by 2 to kill your guy. im going to add my +4, so I hit and he dies", is much more effective and powerful then "I'll add my +4 to this roll, cause I really need it to hit.....Oh look, I rolled a 20 anyway "

On initiative rolls alone, it would make a significant difference in many of my games.
