OK this might seem a lil redundant based on the text of the ability, but does final shot work against a character who has taken no damage and has 40 hp (Echani Handmaiden)?

The text for Final Shot says "On this character's turn, if he doesn't move, he gets +30 Damage against enemies with 50 or fewer hit points remaining" so my vote would go to yes, because it says nothing about people being injured or not injured.

Characters with 50 or fewer HP to start the game always have "50 or fewer hit points remaining" so I'd say the Handmaiden is a legal target for Final Shot.

ok that's what I thought since there is nothing in the glossary and it doesn't say a wounded enemy. He could be a valuable piece especially in booster leagues.

Yeah, Dengar is one of my favorite pieces from Dark Times, along with Zuckuss and IG-88.

Would Dengar be able to move and use Final Shot, say if he was given Greater Mobile or Garm Bel Iblis's command effect?
