Just a comment: I think Boba BH is a fun piece to play with every once in a while, not something I'd build every squad around. So for me, he's not too overrated.
Overrated #1: General Obi-Wan Kenobi - The adjustment to SSM makes him susceptible to melee beats, so he's really just an expensive Commander at this point.
Overrated #2: Grievous, Kaleesh Warlord - Not overrated in a gameplay perspective, but there is no discernible reason why this guy should be the highest-priced VR from MotF. He sucks, and yet is more expensive than useful VRs like Ganner and Nadd. Ridiculous!
Underrated #1: Taung Warrior - A great Bodyguard for Ulic Qel-Droma, and they're in every Ulic squad I build. Have a 5.0 HP-to-Cost ratio, which is pretty high in the grand scheme of the game.
Underrated #2: Boushh, Ubese Hunter - Put this guy in a squad with Tarpals and he's lobbing Grenades 40 twice per round. Pretty good damage output for someone who's 26 points and only has a single attack, technically.

overratd: darth malak (COTF). I mean, cmon! The new malak DLOTS beats the old one in basically every stat AND costs less!!
Underrated: juno eclipse. Dont know why shes used more often. A 8 point piece with disrptive AND accriate is koo in any of my games.

I read this comment, then opened up the character browser and have the random mini be arth Malak. That was pretty cool. But, I wouldn't say he is overrated. I think it is common knowledge that he has basically been outclassed by the new one. I think Boba Fett BH is overrated. The prospect of having your main beat disentegrated is scary, but that is about it. I think Rieekan is a bit overrated also. He can be annoying to face, but you just need to ensure you have some solid melee pieces ready to close them down. I couldn't really say who is underrated.

I personally think that Grenades and some other range 6 abilities are unerrated.

Overrated - Cad Bane - costs too much for his fragility. He seems to have trouble hitting non-uniques since so many can have defenses of 20+ and it's easy enough to put that scrub target in his way until you can run up and base him.
Underrated - Whipid Tracker - lots of damage potential and enough HP to survive a couple rounds. Often ignored until he hits for the big cunning attack. Sniper is nice to shoot past that pesky Mouse Droid providing cover for the juicier target. Most effective if you are building a Stealth-enhanced squad which a variety of factions can take advantage of.

Overrated: Luke Skywalker GM alot of newer players think WOW 115 points he must be awesome, but really he is very susceptible to shooters and needs ALOT of support to be played with any degree of effectiveness.
Underrated: General Grievous SotJ with Droid army commander having the vastly superior CE for twin attack and the +4s it's easy to overlook the GaW edition. However when paired with the sentry droid, Vulture droid, or any of the other twin attackers this piece finds a nice niche to fill not to mention deadly in melee only games.

Overrated: Boba BH. Seriously, the value many players place on Disentegration is silly.
Underrated: Freedon Nadd. I have had some surprising success with him. Definately far more powerful than many Malak lovers say.

Overrated: Lancer. 50 HP, are you serious?! I'll take 31 victory points in return for my filler, thank you very much!
Underrated: Princess Leia, Hoth Commander. She brings back to life any non-unique. I built a squad with her and a coupla' Felcors. It was my highest rated/commented squad, and for a little bit was the second top 200 Rebel squad. I'm not boasting, just stating how good Leia is :D

Haha, yeah I've never even seen a Lancer, so I don't know the PAIN!!! :D
I reckon another underrated mini is Han on Tauntaun. Speed 8 with mobile is really handy, and you can't jedi hunt him :P

Under Rated-Elite Rebel Commando:Grenades 10, Ion Gun +20, Override, Stealth, Twin Attack
Overrated-GMLS: Yeah he's awesome, but not unbeatable and 115 is just crazy.
On a side note, I kinda disagree about BFBH being overrated. Disintegration is just a kick@ss bonus. He has great Abilities and can benefit from almost any CE

Underrated: Amanin Scout! Seriously this guy is nuts in swap squads. 18 speed movement with wallclimber, stealth and 40 hp. His +7 for 20 isn't bad either when you have to hit sthg.

Have to agree with you there super stealth swapping with these guys is just sick. Over rated: Dash Rendar Underrated Mandalorian super commando. a couple of these guys with the captian and commander and a few mice kick butt.

well i only play republic so i will tell you who i think is the most over rated and under rated peices of the faction.
over rated= Shak Ti Jedi Master, i played with her a lot and she's alright, but due to the fact that rebels are tier one and have han cannon stealth is just about useless, and after finally playtesting saesee tiin jedi master he far out classes shak ti thanks to armored spacesuit and djem so mastery
under rated= jedi master kit fisto from GaW, most people claim hes too spendy but i played with him alot and he rocks
