Alright you can probably guess I haven't played much but I am just checking. You can only use force points once a turn while it is your turn, without master of the force. But if it is an opposing characters turn can you use more than one? Say you start a turn based against exar kun and your character has lightsaber block, say emperor roan fel. Can you use lightsaber block on all three attacks? Can you use a force point to reroll a lightsaber block? Of course assuming you have enough force points. if not explain to me the options roan fel would have in that situation on the defensive, block one and take the rest? Block all three with no rerolls? I read the rules but still wasn't sure, thanks guys.

It's always "once per turn" unless you have Master of the Force. Doesn't matter if it's your turn or your opponents turn, it's still "once per turn."

I as far as I can recall, Emperor Roan Fel does not have Master of the Force. So, in the example given above, Roan Fel would only be able to use Lightsaber Block once during any given character turn without any re-rolls (because he would have to already spend a force point to make a Block save).

But if after those attacks someone else attacked on the second activation, Fel could block one of those correct?

Yes, as it is a new turn, Fel can spend force points again.
