Question 1: does anticipation/recon stack? so if i used both i would roll init 4 times?
Question 2: yoda of dagobah is locked in a room. if kazdan is outside the room, can he use yoda's FPs?

1) yes - you would roll twice for init with Recon, then twice again (due to Recon) if you choose to use Anticipation, in which case you must choose from that 2nd pair of rolls.
2) Yoda of Dagobah's CE has no range restriction, so it works everywhere, unless an enemy with Disruptive is within 6 of Yoda or the character wishing to spend his FPs.
