With Darth Talon's force bubble do I have to declare that when targeted or after an attack has hit?

Also, can GM Luke Skywalker use his Djem So Style and Lightsaber Defense for the same attack?

Thanks!

I also had a small force bubble question:
It is impossible to force bubble attacks by vong, correct?
I ask this because recently a yv jedi hunter tore apart Darth Talon with twin, cunning jedi hunter, and shaper bonus for 80 dmg in a single turn!

Yes, you cannot force bubble a character with force immunity, as it is responding to that character with a force power, which force immunity does not allow.
