Where do reinforcements come in to play? Do they start where your army began the game?and do they stack? If i have a total of +70 reinforcements can I get Boba Fett? Or Do I have to get 20,20,30?

Are you talking about Reinforcements or Reserves.
Reinforcements are set up with your squad in the starting area at the start of the game.
Reserves are brought into play in your starting area or where stated.
In both instances, you cannot combine the points to bring in bigger stuff. So you can only bring in 20, then a different 20 pts, and then a different 30 pts of figures.

Q.when it says for Fringe Reserves 30 - If you roll exactly 11 for initiative, you can add up to 30 points of Fringe characters to your squad immediately before your first activation of the round-
do you get that one time in the hole game or as many as you get 11's?
