Yes DarthJak is right. In the star waqrs universe time is measured By B.B.Y (Before Battle of Yavan) and A.B.Y (After Battle of Yavan) Episode 3 ended about 20 BBY and episode 4 ended at 0 ABY

I think Cerous gets all that, I think he was wondering if 140 ABY was special in anyway. Which I am pretty sure it isn't.
