Which one of these squads are better?

I've also thrown around the idea of swapping out the two Fixers for Dash and an Uggie (in either squad)

Any suggestions?

Basically its a swap squad with YOK and Ani on Stap will get out quick and do some damage before Kit (or GenKen) can get there and beat them down. I like General Kenobi's CE giving the extra two spaces but he's not the beatstick I'd want to swap in. There's a lot I can do with this squad. Like I said, really considering swapping the Fixers for Dash and an Ugg and that'd give me a much better range shooter in Dash than the two Fixers. I'd loose one door gimmick, but the Ugg would replace that a bit (not as tough as the Fixer's door gimmick).

Any suggestions?

That is a total of 126 points. What are some good swaps for a 200 point squad. Like I said

option A (gain 2 spaces movement, less of a beat stick, most possible door control)
General Kenobi
2 Fixers
2 uggs

Option B: (Gain 2 spaces movement, less beat stick, better dmg from Dash than Fixers)
General kenobi
Dash
3 Uggs

Option C: (best damage possibility, fewest door controllers)
Kit Fisto
Dash
1 Ugg

Option D: (good damage, good door control with fixers, less damage from mids)
Kit Fisto
2 Fixers
0 Uggs


Which of those options seem best?

Think about Plo Koon as a swap option. For 40 pts he has opportunist and LS precision.

I actually rebuilt it a bit as I finally got the Mace in the mail and in a few play tests Ani was getting killed quick.... Here's how it stands now:

I don't think General Kenobi adds enough to justify his points - you already have R2-D2 and Panaka helping Yobuck with movement, and you don't have any swap fodder. So you'll end up getting out-activated and then Windu or Yobuck will be left exposed and will end up getting shot to pieces. I think the Windu/Yobuck combination could work as both have potential to easily take out smaller pieces, but it would be good to have more activations, and pieces like Rodian Brutes and Rodian Diplomats to swap with.

well I think I'll try swapping out Obi-Wan for Rex and a Ugg. It'll probably be a more versatile squad on a map with more doors and I really didn't have a shooter and Rex is perhaps the best shooter for the republic - especially for 33 points. True, I'll probably still be out activated, but after the start of the third round, I don't plan on needing the CE's from Panaka and Mas so there's two pieces to use in combat where as most I've seen play camp these pieces in the back and only use them for their CE's. True, I'm not utilizing Rex's CE, but the next option is Dash, and Rex just blows him away (if Rex only had evade)
