Now, I never intended on trying to complete sets, but as I realized I was about 31/40 for several sets, I've been trying to buy some of the UC/C pieces I need from those sets. Haven't pursued the R/VR pieces unless I actually would use them. But here's the breakdown!
MotF: 36/40
4 VR (Cay, Hoth, Voolvif, Grievous)
DT: 38/40
3 VR (Hett, Jax)
GaW: 40/40!!!
JA: 40/40!!!
IE: 40/40!!!
CW: 40/40!!!
LotF: 59/60
1 VR (Darth Caedus)

That's a very good collection. I am missing only 12 VR, but most are before AE. The cheapest piece is ~$25 up to Revan and Boba-BH, so I need in excess of $200 to complete.
I agree with you, it is not worth it to me to complete all the sets.

I can't even imagine how much money I spent to complete the whole set, and to be honest, Im still kicking myself for even spending over a 100$ to complete the Rebels/Imperials reprint set.
After I got too 100% though, I decided to get rid of about 75% of my collection, only keeping the pieces I will actually use.
I'll look through my doubles and triples to see if I have any of the minis you listed left over.

So it looks like JA will be my first complete set! I got Dark Woman off eBay the other day, so I just need Master K'Kruhk, Vodo-Siosk Baas, and Jedi Exile. Only problem is I don't have any good trade fodder anymore and don't really want to buy them as singles unless I can find a good deal. =(

Got Vodo-Siosk Baas on eBay for $5, so now I'm two away from a complete JA set! And I've made a little progress on some other sets as well. =)

So I've finally got my first complete set! Jedi Exile and Master K'Kruhk are in the mail, and when they get here, I'll have the whole set, yay!!!
And I only need 1 more for IE and 2 more for LotF! So excited. =D

Yeah, I know. I just have trouble paying that much for new figures, lol. In fact I felt bad for recently paying $11 for an extra Jabba RS to get Salacious Crumb for the V-Set ;)
