Question, to use both his Pawn and Swap, can you use the pawn to activate a guy, attack, then swap? Because when does Sid's turn "end" to do the swap if you're taking "an immediate turn"?

The Immediate turn interrupts Sidious's turn. So after the immediate turn ends, you resolve whatever is left of Sidious's turn, which includes his CE.
