In the canon or in the game?
In the game, the newer Malak seems to be favored and he has a pretty sick CE. Darth Bane might be in the running, too.
In the canon, I think the debate has to be between Vader, Sidious, and Bane.

in canon wise; i say sidious b/c he was like THE MASTER TACTICIAN of all 6 movies basically lol...considering th fact that he was so strong in the force he could cloud all the jedis minds from his dark presence...
Game wise i would say either malak dlots (best overall CE); holosid (who single-handedly saved non-force renewal users); or bane maybe. He took down gen aayla in one turn

Sidious was the most successful. Unlike Vader and Revan, he didnt wuss out in the end either.

For Canon, I have to go with Darth Bane. IMO, there is no other Sith Master who could do what he did, and not only was he smart, his brute strength made him a power monster.
For Sith minis, I have to go with Darth Malak. 49 points for a board wide +4 CE to followers.
My second Fave for minis would have to be SidoGram, for reasons already stated.

plagueis! Essence of life is awesome, FR2 is killer, and the ability to corrupt up to 8 people at once is sweet, and corruption 4 for those pesky people with no force rating,*coughs*cad bane*coughs*, and with parry in there? awesome.

Maybe because Maul never got past being the errand boy before he lost his cohesion? And Vader got what, 10 minutes or so as #1? That would make Vader 10 minutes better than Maul but still perhaps leaves something to be desired?
