When the grenades special ability says a number, then adjacent enemies take the same amount, save of 11, does it mean the target takes damage for sure and the adjacent people have the save? or does it mean the save of 11 is for everything? i think it is the second one. Please comment and tell me

Each affected character must make a seperate save.
