Dathca- About 15-21 points, I think Davin Felth-Might want to reword Look Sir, Droids!...As is, it can actually help the droids, because they'd then lose Unique (no Bounty Hunting), Heavy Weapon, Melee Attack, Speed penalties, and a few other abilities that I wouldn't want my enemy droids to lose. As is, though, I'd cost him in the 24-36 point range. Klivian-I'd say about 29 points. Zev-price depends on the Grenades damage value. If G10, I would think 23 points, 25 if G20, 28 if G30, and 31 if G40. Bursk-about 25 points Vader- 53-61 points Engineer- 9-14 pts Sniper-13-17 pts

I meant G10 for Zev. On Felth, would changing 'utilize' to 'activate' change anything?

For "Hobbie", Does it mean he is at +12 for 30 damage overall?

I really wasn't thinking about things like Droid and Unique. The point was to shut down things like Override and Sonic Stunner.

I think that "Enemy Droids within 6 squares cannot use abilities that affect their Hit Points, Defense, Attack, Damage, that damage enemy characters, or that benefit allies or itself" would be sufficient clear.

perhaps this is what you're looking for: Look Sir, Droids! (Enemy droids within 6 squares cannot use any Special Ability that provides an increase to their stats, replaces any portion of their turn or activates at the end of their turn)
This doesn't address Paralysis or Stealth though
If you want to nerf those abilities as well: Look Sir, Droids! (Enemy droids within 6 squares cannot benefit from special abilities) is about the simplest way to address that.

HBSV's ranges don't look too bad. I'd go for the higher end on the Sith Sniper though - Accurate and Sniper help offset the Heavy Weapon Penalty.

I think that Lord Ball's phrasing is perfect, except that adding the phrase "or to affect enemies negatively".
