Ok..

General Obi-Wan Kenobi
A commander effect that says plus 4 attack and plus 4 defense as long as 6 spaces from..

Antarian Ranger
Then I have a guy that says plus 4 attack and plus 4 defense that says as long 6 spaces from someone with force rating.. (Synergy - now this is just a printed ability on card)

Do they stack?

Named abilities stack with numeric bonuses of Commander Effects. This is covered in the Commander Effect section of the rulebook glossary.
