Zillo beast ftw.
Immune to lightsabers, big as a flipping.. big thing. He's the King Kong or Godzilla of star wars. I don't care how scarey a Tarentatek is.. a Zillo Beast will eat it for breakfast.

Yes, the Rancor by a mile. To be fair the only other true canon creature in the poll is the Wampa.

My vote goes to the Zillo Beast, if anyone actually watches the Clone Wars. It is an equivalent of modern day Godzilla plus with the immunity to lightsabers... on top of that, it is not as vulnerable as the Rancor, it can take the palace gate to the neck no problem

http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Canontv series have their own canon rating, this sits just below films, but above books and comics.

As far as I'm concerned, everything prequel related are less canon than the ewok and holiday specials.
GORAX

GORAX as far as I'm concerned, Ep II and III are far superior to IV, V, and VI in all reguards. Not saying the originals are not classics and I love them, but the new trilogy is what hooked me on SW.

acklays are cool lol i want to see a terentatek have a fight i think that would be cool. zilo beast is awsome but not my kind of monster i dont like big big ones. i just dont think they are scary lol and nexu is like a big cat that got kicked to death by a 20 year old none force sensative (HOT) senator. reeks are cool just because i have a dream of playing a 500 game with a heard of reeks. and as for wampas, well not my cup of tea.

i chose rancor, because anything with a mouth that is half of its head is killer. I Didnt Choose the Zilo Beast, because it is a super monster basically

The Zillo Beast just doesn't look like it belongs. It doesn't fit in. It's one of those creatures that just never should have been. It's the Star wars version of D&D's Tarrasque.
