Republic squads are quite often based around one of these four guys - which is best? I know I've left off some other Jedi who have useful commander effects, like General Kenobi and Plo Koon, Jedi Master, but this group of 4 makes sense to me as they have commander effects that are generally squad wide and boost attacks/grant extra attacks.
I'm interested that Grand Master Yoda is the top rated out of these 4 on Bloomilk Character Ratings, but doesn't really show up much in the meta. I think that a lot of the reason for this is that Yobuck is arguably a key Republic piece, and can't be in the same squad as Grand Master Yoda. And for the same reason, my vote's for General Skywalker, as he meshes best with Yobuck.
And what are the best squads to use with Grand Master Yoda? I like him, and find him hard to take down, but I don't think I've figured out the best things to use with him. Is Anistap a good option with him?

General Skywalker all the way for me, and the best squads for GMY to me are probably ones with Similar builds to GOWK.

Bump - in case anyone else wants to vote before the poll closes tomorrow.
I realised that General Windu would have been a relevant piece for this poll too - I forgot about him because I don't have him, and because he's from a much earlier set than the others.
