I intend to make as-close-to perfect customs of many of the new characters in The Old Republic and The Force Unleashed 2. I've been poring over the trailers and my collection for weeks, but I'm having a difficult time selecting pieces that will work well. I was wondering if you all would mind helping coming up with ideas for parts to use. Money is no object, so any part, no matter who it came from, is an option. Any help would be appreciated, and thanks in advance! Darth Malgus Head: Sith Apprentice/Master Windu Torso, arms, & legs: Neimoidian Soldier Shoulder pads & cape: epoxy Shae Vizla Head & jetpack: Mandalorian Captain Body: Zabrak Fringer Arms: Legs: Unidentified Jedi (Battle of Alderaan) Head & Upper torso: Jedi Crusader Arms: Dark Side Acolyte Legs: Lightsabers: Jedi Sith Hunter x2 non-unique Jedi Warrior Republic Special Forces Captain Head: Body: Left shoulderpad: 501st Legion Clone Commander Arms: Legs: Clone trooper Gun: Republic Special Forces Trooper Helmet: Raxus Prime Trooper Arms: Body: Stormtrooper Legs: Clone Trooper (RotS, Orange) Sith Warrior Hood: Reborn Helmet: Body: Arms: Lightsaber: Sith Trooper Head: Evo Trooper? Backpack: Old Republic Recruit Body: Neimoidian Soldier + Snowtrooper Commander Arms: Pelvis: Legs: Sith War Droid Galen Marek, clone Riot Trooper (FU) Head: Separatist Commando Weapon: IG Magnaguard (CW) Legs & pelvis: Scout Trooper Body: Arms: Stormtrooper Terror Trooper (FU)

I made a conversion of malgus using.. Malak, Vader, Praetorite vong, mando gunslinger.. I'll send you a picture one I've painted him, hoping to get him finished tomorrow.
I also did master orgus and lt tavik from the old republic series. For the unamed jedi .. how about a republic training sargent body with some green stuff and some parts from a jedi? Do you have green stuff? it can be kinda tricky to make cloth and robes from but once you get the hang of it. it's pretty easy

Darth Malgus The body suit he's wearing is very much like that of the Neimoidian Warrior (TCW). A bald head and Red LS can be obtained from the Sith Apprentice (JA), then scrap together the mask, cape, and tech on his chest and wrists. Riot Trooper (FU) Body from a Scout Trooper or Kashyyyk Trooper, head from a Separatist Commando, and a weapon from an IG-100 MagnaGuard. For the various TOR Republic Troopers, you'll just have to cobble together Clone and Stormtrooper parts until you work out a match, but the Havoc Squad helmets are close to Commander Cody (GaW) or Raxus Prime Troopers (TFU). I haven't found a good image yet, but I'd like to try making some Terror Troopers from FU2. Those guys look nasty.

Ah, yes, I just realized that about the Neimoidian Soldier last night, and I happen to have one already cut (just the gun removed). Good call on the Sith Apprentice, but if his head is too small (the Neimoidian is a fairly large mini), I'll go with Master Windu; I have plans for his purple lightsaber anyways. The Scout trooper may work for the legs and pelvis of the Riot trooper, but I think the torso is just a little too different, although it may work with some clever cutting. I didn't think the Separatist Commando helmet would work because of his T-visor and the prominent ridge above the visor, but I think filling in those gaps with epoxy will work better than anything else. The Raxus Prime trooper helmet is the closest, and I may go with that unless I go with my original plan of using the top half of a Mark 1 Clone helmet and the bottom of a Mark 2 helmet with the visor made of epoxy. Is the Terror trooper the guy who looks like Grievous? That would make a cool custom...

Helmet/mask thingy on the Riot Trooper looks kinda like Darth Revan's, if you really have no objections to spending the $20+ on the fig...

Also, I'd request that you change the name of the topic from "FU" to "TFU", for reasons that I think are obvious...

Yeah, but Revan's helmet doesn't look like Revan's helmet, lol. (WotC gave him a T-Visor helmet) Also, I'd have no objection to buying Revan for any reason if I could find him for $20. And I don't think I can change the title, but hey.

I think that you click "edit" on the first post that you made, and (if you can, it works every now and then) click in the title box that shows you what topic you're posting in. It should appear with the white background (like a normal post, the area you type in) if you can change it.

BTW, this is a bit off-topic, but if you could pull off Darth Bane with Orbalisk armor, you would be some sort of customs god.

The head of a Guard Droid might work as an alternative for Shae Vizla (having options is always good).

If you have a spare Zayne Carrick, he will work as the percet base as Galem Clone. You dont need to do much apart from shave his head, and a few little greenstuff details and repaint! (I know because im doing )
