Alright, So I was making a few teams the other night when I stumbled upon Juhani, the following question arose:
Does Viscous Attack stack with Asajj Ventress, Strike Leader's CE stack? Asajj's CE is unnamed, while doing the same thing as Viscous, but obviously Viscous is a named ability.

Triple Damage is Triple Damage.
Also you can key in on the phrase "instead of double damage".
Now if it had said "Triple the damage resulting from a critical hit" then yes they would have stacked.

I won't claim this to be a definitive answer, but here is my take:
Stacking does not come into play in this instance as the effect of the CE and the Vicious Attack SA are identical. Both modify the damage multiplier for critical hits to 3x rather than the standard 2x. The end result is the same regardless of which one you apply.

Well thank you both so very much! I thought that'd be a bit cheesy for a 20-something point piece to potentially do 90-100 damage of a 19 or 20

Ahh...but a Chiss Merc can do 90dam with a 19 or 20. (110 with a Chag Merc nearby...)  (Throw in a Merc Commander and it's on any legal target after moving 12 squares!)
