Can an ASN droid use Kouhun Infestation on Nom Anor if he is 12 spaces away and under cover?

No. Kouhoun Infestation still targets, even if it ignores the LOS part of targetting.

If you're ignoring LOS, how does cover work? Does everything you can't see automatically get cover? So then you're restricted to attacking the nearest enemy if you're behind a wall?

Yup. If you don't have LOS to a figure, by defination, they have cover.

Kohoun Infestation is significantly worse than I thought it was. And I didn't think it was that great to begin with.

Kouhoun is very tricky to pull off right, not only do you have to be in position at the beginning of the turn but then you have to hope the roll goes your way. Still, the 60 damage is tempting.

The funny thing is that in EP II, when Zam Wessel sends out her 2 Kouhuons to Padme, not one of them hits.

anakin and Obi wan made the save for her LOL Flapper

on a side note although kouhoun isnt great in normal format. it is more fun in tile wars and Dynamic Duo. being able to take out half of an enemy's squad with a save of 11 is pretty good(after you have hit them with your other piece.)

FlyingArrow, I would strongly disagree, an ASN assassin droid has made taking down beatsticks significantly easier
