Sith Lord..

Force Lightning 2 - If I have a character adjacent to the guy i am targeting... Does my guy take the damage too?

Yes. You must choose two adjacent characters to the target. Allied characters cam be chosen (and must be if they are the only one adjacent).

Just to expound the definition of the above...it is "up to" 2 adjacent characters correct?
(meaning if there are not exactly 2 adjacent characters, then you can still use the power)

Correct, you can use Lightning on just 1 character with no one adjacent.
