Do replaces turn abilities mean you cannot move to use it? Such as Lightning 5 for Vaders apprentice Unleashed?

Correct. When you replace your turn, you are only able to do what the ability says you can do.

Interesting question, my gut feeling is no. cause your not taking a turn, your "replacing" your turn by using the ability that "Replaces Turn". Hope that makes sence

You wouldn't be able to use a zero-time ability/force power when using a replaces turn ability/force power because there is no window to use it as you can't use them in the middle of another action.
