It is that time of year again. It is time for the community to nominate the Hall of Fame Class of 2011. This process will go on until at least December.
The process is simple but let me remind everyone. Each member of the community will nominate 5 people for Induction in to the Hall of Fame. The members of the Hall of Fame then vote on the nominees the community gives to them.
The top 3 nominees get a community vote to go into the Hall of Fame thus reducing the number of votes they need for induction into the Hall of Fame. Each Hall of Fame member only has 3 votes.
Remember threads are up at SWM Gamers and Bloomilk. You may only nominate 5. You may only do this once. Any nominations with more than 5 or less than 5 will be invalidated. Any user that does this multiple times will have their nominations invalidated. So please just pay attention when making your nominations.
This is an exciting opportunity to honor some folks that have given so much to the game we all love.

1. Daniel (aka Echo24)- Winner of the Gencon Championship 2010.
2. David Weeks (aka Weeks)- Winner of the Atlanta regional 2010
3. Gram Bingham (aka Greentime)- Top 4 Atlanta regionals and Top 8 at Gencon 2010.
4. Chuck (aka Nivuahc)- Atlanta SWM head organizer. Ran a awesome regional event.
5. Johnathan Clayton (aka jhc36)- Key member of the Charlotte SWM group. He has been a staunch Vong player through thick and thin. He deserves a sympathy vote just for that :)

To reiterate what Dean said, you must have 5 votes, or none of them count.
Also, you must make sure your nominees are not already members of the HOF.

It was so hard to narrow it down to just 5... moreso since I haven't met 99% of the people who came to mind in person. One of these days hopefully. Here goes: dvader831 - from what I've seen on the forums, it's apparent that this guy quietly pumps an enormous amount of time and energy into the game, and has been doing so for years. Sithborg - THE rules ace, and a great mod. The fact that he has stuck with it here for so long, through some really tough times shows a ton of patience and character. Brandon Pyle - 2nd place in the Gencon champs at 15 years old. I HAVE met him, and had lots of fun playing against him. He's a great player and a really nice guy. Sterling Hershey - "The best (and most prolific) scenario builder around." Quoted because I stole it from TheDisaster over on Gamers. I have barely scratched the surface of playing through all the scenarios this guy has made. Chuckafett - One of the most respectful and respectable people I have had the pleasure of conversing with on any SWM forum. For the perspective and advice he has given me in my time on Bloo, and for his long service to the trading community. I can't help but feel like I'm passing over many, many deserving folks. I decided I would go with a fairly broad cross-section of community involvement. Thanks, and good luck to all the nominees ( minus myself, as I have not earned it)
