Does the strafe attack for the Basilisk mean you can move 20 and attack everyone that gets in your path or just 10 squares?

You can double move and use Strafe Attack.

You Strafe during your move, so, ...
You can move 20 and Strafe along the way, or
You can move 10 and Strafe along the way AND then make your normal attack.

OR you could make your normal attack, then move 10 while strafing.
