Hello.. Just curious..

Theres an ability that says target enemy cannot use force powers for the end of the skirmish...

Even if the character that did that dies.. Do I get my force powers back..

I believe you are talking about Sever Force. When an ability lasts till the end of the skirmish, it remains active whether or not the character is defeated or not.
