ok... just a simple question...
intuition... it says the character can move up to speed before any other character activates... and it doesnt count as his activation.... so does this character get to move 12 spaces..then on his activation, move another 12 spaces?

A character using Intuition can move up to their speed before the round. If a character has no speed printed, they have the default speed 6. In order for a character to move 12 squares with Intuition, they would need Speed 12.
This movement has no effect on their standard movement, and they may move as normal on their regular turn.

If speed is 12 if your not attacking.. Why cant you move 12 on intuition?

Because a character can only move their speed when using Intuition/Surprise Move. A character's default speed is 6. When you chose to move 12 squares on a turn and not attack, the character does not gain speed 12, they simply move double speed.
