So, I've been watching ER and it's turned into a game of "hey it's that one guy".
So far I've seen two of the main cast from CSI and one of the detectives from law and order:SVU.
This isn't counting the actors who've played in robocop and other movies or the obvious river song from doctor who.
I'm currently on season 4 and so I reached the conclusion that most if not all of the major tv stars on the network channels (ABC,CBS,NBC and FOX) all got thire start on ER.

I play this with just about everything. I am currently working my way through Entourage and it is great spotting people I recognise. On a side note, with Entourage it is interesting seeing who is chosen to play themselves, and who has a character.
It also gets to the point where I have to pause a film and rush onto IMDB to look up who someone is because I recognise them I just can't figure out where from and it is ruining the film for me not being able to figure it out.
I always liked ER, so I might play your exact version and get hold of them all and watch from the beginning.
Other good shows to do this with are Supernatural, 30 Rock and Lie to Me.

I had to look detective benson on IMDB to make sure I was right, but it's tons of fun especially when it's a voice actor and see them in person on screen.

The SciFi (sorry, can't really call it syfy) does that with a lot of their shows as well. Warehouse 13 and Eureka have many of the actors from Battlestar especially doing roles. They have cross overs as well of actors, but not parts. Of course, I can't come up with any specific ones right now.
The CSI shows have used the same victims / bad guys actors as well. Sometimes the body, sometimes the suspect just to keep us guessing. lol
IMDB can really save hours of frustration. I can often tag them in the role they once played, but not necessarily the names.

There is a ton of overlap with Syfy and shows like Supernatural and Smallville. It's what happens when in you film close together in Canada. The secondary characters tend to show up quite a bit in different places.

Then how about Inception? Just about every one in that movie is famous. Obviously there is Leo, but there is the girl from Juno. Katy Perry is in there also among others.

Let us also not forget that The Expendables is one of the WORST films ever made, so that also takes aways from the "hey its that guy" fun.
