Cool! Ya know I gotta say. If they made a GI-JOE miniatures game with similar rules, I could definitely get into that game. Star Wars and GI-JOE were my two favorite toys growing up in the 80's! Sounds cool R5Don4.

Yeah I would have liked to include, Transformers, Go-Bots, Voltron, Tranzor-Z (Mazinger-Z), Shogun Warriors but they are really big and I don't think would mesh well with SWM and still be representative of the characters. They belong in Mon-Poc world as they only would end up beating on each other and then there is the whole transforming thing where you would need another mini/set of stats for the transformed version.
Just doesn't work for SWM.

The MotU is pretty broken, Overwhelming Force is just too powerful. I'll have to rework them a bit.

I feel like a lot of the pieces are underpriced. The Joes, for example, seem to average 4-5 special abilities, but they often have more than one premium special abilities, although most cost under 30. You may want to compare them closely to existing characters with similar abilities if you haven't already.
Cobra Commander's CE can prove troublesome in a standard game:
"When a Non Unique Cobra ally is defeated a new unit with the same name is placed in the starting area."
With no save or o ther limitation, it is essentially impossible for an opponent to have a net gain with respect to non-unique Cobras without first killing Cobra Commander. I assume you're trying to go for an "endless hordes" feel, but this doesn't seem particularly fair and is sure to significantly alter playing strategy against Cobra.
There are a lot of fun ideas here; I just think the costs may need to be looked at a little more closely.

Well, Gwek firstly I don't know whether I'm more flattered or shocked someone actually took the time to study the stats in this thread. Thanks for the feedback.
I'm trying to have the new factions not suffer from the same "lesser faction syndrome" that the formerly known as the crap pre-DotF factions had. Therefore I'm costing a lot of them along the lines of TBSV, Jareal, General Rieken and the like so they can compete with the big boys. Mind you I'm totally open to suggestions on tweaking the stats. The Armadillo for instance is a bit too beastly and needs to be softened up a bit.
Yammosk notwithstanding my thought was limiting Cobra Commander's CE to non-unique Cobra followers and the cost of the CE added to Cobra Commander's own unspectacular stats balanced the strength of the CE. It is a version of Leia HC's of course, a CE which promised plenty but never really lived up to the hype with it's 25% success rate. A squad built around it is hindered pretty harshly by Disruptive. The biggest weakness to it though that doesn't happen with Leia is it does not deny points scored to your opponent on units defeated. If you just let your units get decimated in wave after wave it will cost you the match. I thought this CE really suited the feel of Cobra Commander.
