what are some cool synergies you can think of for DOTF? i have a couple:

prince xizor with ben skywalker, twin accurate blaster, cunning.

cilghal with luke FS heal for the masses.

yammosk with talz chieftain - steal commander effect, non unique yuuzhan vong get +4 and +10 against non unique enimies...

felcor + nom anor + nautolan BSV + xizor - felcor gets +4 and +10... cool, even though its quite a bit of points for a dominant felcor

jaina + mando captain + other commanders if needed - obvious one here...

joruus c'baoth + palleaon - swap if joruus is against vong...? not very important synergy, but still there.

sora bulq + whorm + durge jedi hunter - ranged threat, and melee threat, both very effective against jedi. could be fun?

revanchist + nym - gives nym a bit of mobility, although revanchist could be used with anyone really...

what else could you come up with??

Revanchist + Atton Rand + Exile= Ambush and Cunning synergize pretty well, along with the great chance of winning init.

Exar Kun Force Spirit + Naga Sadow. Pretty much guarantees his virulent poison is going off and also makes sith sorcery that much more likely to activate pieces surrounding him.

Bastilla Shan + Jedi Exile + Dash Rendar Renegade Smuggler. Possibly turn off enemy's evade and shoot 6 times for 30 damage, if you want to go the opposite end of the turn order.

Might just go with some left-field ones and some obvious ones. Sorry if I'm just repeating someone else's ideas Blushing

Revanchist + CLObot = very good chance of Reserves and door control to go with Ambush.

Tactical Officer + OR Guard = 4 point shooter that has access to Triple/Twin and anything up to 40 damage.... Oh, and Recon and It's a Trap! to go with that.

Exar, FS + Naga Sadow + Bandon = almost guaranteed 80 damage PLUS Sith Rage!

Bandon + Bane = 120 damage on the move!

Sith Inquisitor + Sidious + Exar, FS = Master of Pain twice per round with save 15

Spaarti Demo + SC Palpatine + Queen Amidala = 3 point shooters with Satchel Charge. Palpatine can bring in 10 for Reserves. Take that, Uggie swarms!

BD Lieutenant + BD Sergeant + Whorm + GG Scourge + Commando Droid Captain + HK-50 = 360 damage in a single activation! Good luck setting that up though Flapper

Poggle + Muun Guard = 4 point living shooter with decent attack. Or you could go with the obvious Poggle + Drone combo for 2 points each with SD 20 and stickability.

Admiral Pellaeon + Vader LotF/Lord Vader = interchangability with either Vader, depending on which one suits the game more.

Joruus C'Baoth + Palpatine on Throne = lots of options each round....

Joruus C'Baoth + Kel Dor BH = a big boom!

Jaina + Mandalore the Ultimate + Mando Captain = Triple/Twin with GMA and Master Speed Drool

NBSV + Xizor = +4/+10 for a whole lot of Fringers....

Salacious Crumb + Jabba, CL = THE sacrificial Unique. Think Wicket on a budget....

1. You do know that Affinity changes a character's faction. So you don't need Mandalore the Ultimate for the Captain/Jaina combo.
2. I don't understand the Revanchist/Clobot one. Tactician merely makes that you need to roll a 3 not an 11 to get Reserves. There is not synergy there beyond what Lobot brings for himself.

Nom Anor + Supreme Overlord Shimrra + a bunch of Yuuzhan Vong Workers + some beef

Have the workers run up to attack, if they miss, reroll, and if they miss agian, SD!

Look at the Rules insert posted at Gamers. Yammosk can only steal enemy commander effects, not ones on your own squad.

Wow, that makes her a beast! Would Charging Fire from Mandalore let her move 18 and do 6 attacks, or just Twin? And would the Master Speed just not work with it?

Charging fire replaces turn, so she could only twin at the end.

Master speed would work with it.

GMLS's number one enemy. 1) bc theyre vong; and since his DEF is so high and the workers atk are so low...if GMLS is based by one of them; and tries to run away----AoO (miss probably)---reroll; miss again; BOOM! 20 dirrect dmg to GMLS. Or if he hits he cant block it either. And if they die; ALL vong allies get +1 atk; which stacks! Personally i think this is the most broken combo :P the only possible problem that i can think of is if TOO many vong die and the atk bonuses go up a TON then theyll never miss! But thats good too xD

I think in this case he WANTED the CE to change so it affected Vong, so you could run the new Workers and Nom, and they would all get Xizor's +4/+10. A solid plan overall probably, but only works if your opponent is playing the Nautolan BSV. Still though, might be able to build a variant using Xizor, NBSV, and Nom and then a mix of YV Workers and other Fringe Stealth pieces. Probably still a good build overall, even without the Workers getting the +4/+10
