My current minis organization is by faction, then by cost within the faction (for the cards). For the smaller factions, the minis are all together. For the larger factions, they're split unique/non-unique. For fringe, the minis are organized into bins by cost: 0-9,10-13, 14+.

What do I do with DOTF?

I could...

* keep DotF cards separate, but then you don't get the whole faction when you pull a faction's cards.

* add in the DotF cards with the other cards, but then the corresponding mini might not be there - if the RM is in another faction or if I don't have the mini in the first place.

* add in the DotF cars with the other cards, but only if I have the RM or another piece I'd use as a stand in.

How did you organize DotF cards?

I'm personally going to do the third option once I get my cards. It just seems a lot easier if I'm gonna have a quick game or two with my friends :)

Don't worry about the corresponding mini. Put the cards in like you normally do and if you do not have the corresponding mini just use something else that looks close. If you do not have say an example a Exar, take any jedi/sith and use it and if it doesn't look ghostly enough paint it green/yellow/black/any color and or even scar it up so it looks representative enough for you. That goes for any of the cards proxy pieces. Just make it work for you and different enough not to look like the original piece so those who you place against can tell the difference.

Side note...
To answer my proxy piece for Exar I think I will get the Ghostly looking guys in the D&D Hero Clicks pack and proxy in the shield carrying guy. Now I'll have to work on the other 59.BigGrin

Yeah in your case Arrow, I agree with Jedi Christian, just organize them the way you normally would. Whether you have the RM or not shouldn't matter much either. Just grab something else similar then play it up! Plus if the RM is in another faction, then no biggie, I guarantee you know exactly which box or section or whatever to grab it from and bust a game out.
