Ysalmari: Characters within 6 squares cannot spend Force points. This character and characters within 6 squares gain Force Immunity.

Force Immunity: Enemies cannot affect this character with Force powers, or spend Force points to reroll attacks against this character or to respond to this character's attacks and abilities

Force Detonate: When this character is defeated, each character within 4 squares takes 40 damage, save 11 to reduce the damage to 20

So... If Joruus is within six squares of a Ysalmari with an allied character being adjacent and a Vong enemy is adjacent as well and kills Joruus... Who gets affected by Force Detonate? Joruus is not spending Force Points to use it so does it actually go off? Is the allied character affected by it because it is an ally that is using a force power and not an enemy is the Force Immunity is nil? I assume the Vong is NOT affected because it is an enemy that is using a force power.

Can someone clarify?

All characters within 6 without Force Immunity are affected, or take the damage. Ysalimari does not prevent Force Detonate from being triggered.

So even allied characters would not be affected if they had Force Immunity? It says enemies in the definition.

That is the old defination of Force Immunity. It has been updated.

Force Immunity: Other characters cannot spend Force points to affect this character, to reroll attacks against it, or to respond to its attacks and abilities. This character does not count for purposes of Force powers that affect multiple characters, such as Force Lightning or Shockwave—select a different character instead
