Is there a way to browse through custom stats people have created on bloomilk? I don't mean DOTF stats, but user customs.

You can browse a list of all customs with Customs>Characters (click)

You can see individual sets the same way: Customs>Sets (click)

I don't see any previous/next button functionality for character pages though. Looks like you have to pull one up, then use the back button to go back to the list.
